For more than 20 years, recreational and home cooks have been creating memorable meals in our hands-on cooking classes. In a five-hour class you and a cooking partner will prepare a seasonal, three-course meal, using local ingredients whenever possible. Because we believe food and wine go together, there is a wine pairing with each course.
Our new classes start on Saturday, January 12, 2019 and are offered nearly every Saturday until the end of November. (in December we are open for private and company classes only).
Choose a date that suits your schedule
Most Saturday classes take place between 10 am and 3 pm; on the fourth Saturday of the month it’s a 4 pm to 9 pm evening class instead
Each class is hands-on and five-hours in length; cost is $395/each for two people cooking as a pair (add $197.50 for a third cook on your team); $225 for one person as a solo cook
We do our best to accommodate dietary issues and avoid problem foods identified during registration
Once a month in July and August we offer a Monday to Friday five-day Culinary Vacation that include cooking classes, producer and market visits. Dates in 2019 are July 15 - 19 and August 19 - 23 and registration is limited to eight people per session; sessions run with a minimum of four people registered.
Booking a class is easy! Decide whether you want a daytime or evening class then click on our calendar and select the date you wish to attend.
Make your booking using our online registration system. When a class is full (8 Cooking Pairs/16 participants), the software will block additional registrations. If you wish to be placed on a wait list, have a question or are unable to complete the online booking, email firstname.lastname@example.org, complete the form below or call 905-468-8304 and we will respond within 48 hours.
All bookings are considered firm and payment is processed when a booking is made.
If you are unable to attend class, you may send a substitute. No refund is given for cancellations.
