"Harvest Delight" **CLASS FULL**(one-day hands-on class)

Niagara may be known for its summer fruits but there are still lots of great local products available in October. In this class, you'll enjoy cooler weather fruits and vegetables in a fall-styled menu. You will prepare a delicious three-course seasonal menu that is matched with wonderful Strewn VQA wines. Cost: $195 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 people (note: you will cook with a partner; if you come by yourself, we will match you up with a fellow cook). "Harvest Delight" Couples Class **CLASS FULL**(one-day hands-on class)

Niagara may be known for its summer fruits but there are still lots of great local products available in October. In this class, you'll enjoy cooler weather fruits and vegetables in a fall-styled menu. Throughout the class you will prepare a delicious three-course seasonal menu that is matched with wonderful Strewn VQA wines. This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.). Maximum eight couples. Cost is $340 per couple (Cdn $) plus 13% tax. "Harvest Delight" Culinary Weekend **Space for 10 People**(2-day hands-on class)

Niagara may be known for its summer fruits but there are still lots of great local products available in October. In this class, you'll enjoy cooler weather fruits and vegetables in a fall-styled menu. During the two days, you will discover the great taste and diversity of local products in two different three course meals. After the three-course lunch on Saturday, there's a special wine appreciation session. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home. Cost is $350 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 students. NB: a special package can be arranged with two nights accommodation at the Harbour House Hotel, Shaw Club or Riverbend Inn.
