A Holiday Celebration **Space for 14 People**(one-day hands-on class)

It's time to start thinking of the upcoming holidays and all the wonderful meals with family and friends. This class includes lots of ‘tasty’ tips and techniques, preparation of a three-course holiday themed menu, and guidelines on choosing wine for holiday gatherings. Maximum 16 students. "Holiday Celebration" Culinary Weekend **Space for 16 People**(2-day hands-on class)

The holidays are coming up and that means plenty of meals with family and friends! Here's your chance to learn lots of 'tasty' tips from appetizers through desserts, and even how to choose wine for your holiday entertaining. Hands-on cooking, tutored wine tastings ... and lots of great eating. In our "Holiday Celebration" culinary weekend features menus that are perfect for festive meals with family or friends. After the three-course lunch on Saturday, there's a special session on choosing wines for holiday gatherings. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home. Cost is $350 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 students. NB: a special package can be arranged with two nights accommodation at one of Niagara-on-the-Lakes premiere inns.
