"Food & Wine Lovers Vintage Menu" **Space for 2 People**(one-day hands-on class)
This class is designed for food & wine lovers and celebrates the start of the annual grape harvest or "vintage". The seasonal menu will showcase recipes that use wine as an ingredient and/or provide interesting food-wine matches.
Throughout the day, you will prepare and enjoy a three course menu that is matched with Strewn VQA wines.
Cost is $195 per person (Cdn $) plus 13% tax. You will cook with a partner - if you come alone we will match you up with a fellow cook.

This class is designed for food & wine lovers and celebrates the start of the annual grape harvest or "vintage". The seasonal menu will showcase recipes that use wine as an ingredient and/or provide interesting food-wine matches.
Throughout the day, you will prepare and enjoy a three course menu that is matched with Strewn VQA wines.
Cost is $340 per couple (Cdn $) plus 13% tax. This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.).

Culinary Vacation in Niagara Wine Country **Space for 8 People**(5-day hands-on culinary vacation)
An absolutely wonderful experience combining cooking, eating and drinking! It all takes place at Canada's only winery cooking school.
The five-day (Monday - Friday) program includes a daily hands-on cooking class, three-course lunch, producer and market visits, wine tastings with the winemaker, tips on food & wine pairings, and dinner Wednesday night at one of the region's top restaurants. After class, there is ample free time to explore the region, and take in the theatre, history and sights.
In September local seasonal products include plums, nectarines, blackberries, raspberries, pears, tomatoes, greens, maple, honey and nuts.
Our Culinary Vacation in Niagara Wine Country is available on its own or with accommodation in Niagara-on-the-Lake at the lovely Harbour House Hotel, Shaw Club Hotel and Riverbend Inn.
Cost (without accommodation) is $1,175 (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Please contact us for accommodation availability and costs - we receive special rates at the three properties listed above.
Note: registration for this class is limited to eight people to provide maximum in-class attention.

Food & Wine Lovers "Vintage" Culinary Weekend **Space for 13 People**(2-day hands-on class)
The Niagara Wine Festival will be in full swing so be sure to book your accommodations early, and this class is a perfect get-away for food and wine lovers! Hands-on cooking, tutored wine tastings ... and lots of great eating.
Our program celebrates the start of the annual harvest or "Vintage" with wonderful seasonal menus. After the three-course lunch on Saturday, there's a special wine appreciation session. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home.
Cost is $350 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 students.
NB: a special package can be arranged with two nights accommodation at one of Niagara-on-the-Lakes premiere inns. Please book accommodation early due to the demand from Wine Festival visitors. Call for details 905-468-8304.
