'Spring Fling' Couples Class ***Space for 8 Couples***(one-day hands-on class)
Winter may still be lingering on but spring is just around the corner. This class will help you transition from winter menus into lighter, more refreshing spring fare.
You will work with a partner to prepare a delicious 'spring-themed' three-course menu matched with wonderful Strewn VQA wines.
This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.). Maximum eight couples.

It's officially the start of spring! This class will inspire you for the transition into lighter, more refreshing spring fare.
You will prepare a delicious, three-course spring-themed menu that is matched with wonderful Strewn VQA wines.
Cost: $195 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax.
Maximum 16 people (note: you will cook with a partner; if you come by yourself, we will match you up with a fellow cook).

"Spring Fling" Culinary Weekend **Space for 16 People**(2-day hands-on class)
Spring is officially here! This class will inspire you for the transition into lighter, more refreshing spring fare.
After the three-course lunch on Saturday, there will be a winery tour and tutored wine tasting. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home.
Cost is $350 per person (Cdn $) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 students.
