'Food & Wine Lovers Spring Menu' **Space for 16 People**(one-day hands-on class)
This class is designed for food & wine lovers and welcomes spring in a delicous way!
The seasonal three-course menu will showcase recipes that use wine as an ingredient and/or provide interesting food-wine matches. Each course will be matched with a Strewn VQA wine.
Cost $195 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 people. You will cook with a partner - if you come alone we will match you up with a fellow cook.

You will work with a partner to prepare and enjoy a seasonal three-course menu showcasing recipes that use wine as an ingredient and/or provide interesting food-wine matches. Each course will be matched with a Strewn VQA wine.
This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.). Maximum eight couples.

"Spring Food & Wine" Culinary Weekend **Space for 16 People**(2-day hands-on class)
It's a perfect get-away for food and wine lovers! Hands-on cooking (no dishes!), tutored wine tastings ... and lots of great eating.
Our Spring Food & Wine Lovers Culinary Weekend starts at 9:00 am each day and participants will prepare a three-course meal using wine as an ingredient in some of the dishes. After lunch on Saturday there's a special wine appreciation session. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home. Maximum 16 students.
Cost is $350 per person (Cdn$) plus 5% tax
