'The Garden Awakens' **Space for 16 People**(one-day hands-on class)

The menu for this class will take full advantage of the first of the early herbs, fruits and vegetables that make an appearance in the garden. Come and freshen up your spring recipe repertoire! Each course will be matched with a Strewn VQA wine. Cost $195 per person (Cdn$) plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 people. The menu for this class will take full advantage of the first of the early herbs, fruits and vegetables that make an appearance in the garden. Come and freshen up your spring recipe repertoire! Each course will be matched with a Strewn VQA wine. This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.). Maximum eight couples. "The Garden Awakens" Culinary Weekend **Space for 16 People**(2-day hands-on class)

Come and freshen up your spring recipe repertoire with the first of the early herbs, fruits and vegetables that make an appearance in the garden. "The Garden Awakens" Culinary Weekend starts at 9:00 am each day and participants will prepare a delicious seasonal three-course meal matched with Strewn wines. After lunch on Saturday there's a special wine appreciation session. On Sunday, the class concludes after lunch to allow plenty of time for travel home. Maximum 16 students.
