"The Farmers Market" **Space for 16 People**(one-day hands-on class)

In August, it's hard to keep up with the sheer abundance of foods available from Niagara's orchards and fields. The three-course menu in this class (matched with wine!) features fresh seasonal items from the local markets and roadside stands near the School. Come early for a visit to our local Farmer's Market to pick up ingredients to take home with you. Cost is $195 (Cdn$) per person plus 13% tax. Maximum 16 people. "The Farmers Market" Couples Class **Space for 8 Couples**(one-day hands-on class)

In August, it's hard to keep up with the sheer abundance of foods available from Niagara's orchards and fields. The three-course menu in this class (matched with wine!) features fresh seasonal items from the local markets and roadside stands near the School. If you want to come early, you can visit our local farmers' market to shop for products to take home with you. This is a designated 'Couples Class' so a booking must be made for two people (friends, family, spouses, etc.). Cost is $340 (Cdn$) per couple plus 13% tax. Maximum 8 couples.
