The Wine Country Cooking School is all about learning while having fun!
When we say hands-on learning, we mean it - each team of two students (capably assisted by our staff) will prepare all of the recipes of a seasonal three-course menu that is matched with wine. You'll do it all except the dishes!
One-day classes are offered most Saturdays from mid-January until the end of November.
Most are 10 am to 3 pm day classes with a 4 to 9 pm evening class on the 4th Saturday of the month. The cost is $350 for two people or $220 for one person.
Come as an individual, come with a partner or come with a group of friends and make it a private class. Each menu-based class is complete by itself but 'repeat' students will find new recipes, different themes and new vintages of wines to discover.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: All bookings are considered firm and payments are processed when booking is made. Rebooking to a different date may be made up to three weeks before the class or until the class is full if that happens earlier. We can only accommodate a booking change after that if we are able to fill the spot(s) with other patrons. If you are unable to attend class, you may send a substitute. No refund is given for cancellations.
