Corporate Team Building in the Kitchen!
Roll up your sleeves - put on the apron - and work with colleagues in an enjoyable and fulfilling manner. It's a hands-on team building experience at the Wine Country Cooking School in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Working in teams of between two and four people, the group will prepare a three-course menu featuring seasonal products from the region. Since the School is located within Strewn estate winery, each course will be matched with a complementary wine and the winemaker or one of his staff is sure to drop by.
Our food experts will provide instruction and assistance to ensure a successful outcome from the kitchen. After approximately 2-1/2 hours in the kitchen, the group will sit down to enjoy the results of their efforts in the School's private dining room. And through it all someone else does the clean up!
Menus are customized to avoid any foods that cannot be eaten by members of the group. Each team member receives a set of the recipes and a Wine Country Cooking School apron.
Cost: $1,800 for groups of 8 people or less; $2,700 for between 9 and 16 people. Groups of up to 20 people please inquire about cost.
