Two & Three Hour Demonstration Cooking Classes

Our trained culinary teachers share behind-the-scene stories, tips and advice as they create a regional menu. Seated in comfortable chairs, participants follow the recipe preparation and taste the dishes - matched with VQA Strewn wines - during class. Recipes are provided. Menus are customized to avoid dietary restrictions.

We can accommodate groups of up to 35 people in the School's attractive classroom, complete with demonstration island and overhead mirror.

Cost: up to 28 people - $1,950
29 to 35 people - add $69 per person
