Five-hour recreational hands-on classes are offered nearly every Saturday from mid-January until the end of November. Choose a date that suits your schedule! In December we are open for private and company classes only. We do our best to accommodate dietary issues and avoid problem foods which are identified during registration. NOVEMBER CLASSES Saturday 3, 10, 17 (10 am - 3 pm) and 24 (4 pm - 9 pm)
As classes wrap up for the year, we start to think about the upcoming holidays and a three-coursemenu perfect for dinner guests.

Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are considered firm and payment is processed when a booking is made.
  • If you are unable to attend class, you may send a substitute. No refund is given for cancellations.
