October classes and most November classes are full. The 2018 Classes will be posted mid-October; classes begin Saturday January 13, 2018.

Autumn Getaway

Please note: to accommodate dietary or food issues whenever possible, menus are set after registrations are received. Images for each month's theme are seasonal and typical of recipes made in class but specific dishes shown may not be included in the final menu.
Please make your booking using our online registration system. When a class is full (8 cooking pairs or 16 participants), the system will block additional registrations.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are considered firm and payment is processed when a booking is made.
- If you are unable to attend class, you may send a substitute. No refund is given for cancellations.
