It's been a wonderful year at the Wine Country Cooking School and only a few spaces remain in our 2016 Classes. You can register below. Please note our Cancellation Policy at the bottom of the page.
2-Day Fall Food & Wine Weekend
Two days of hands-on cooking classes and wine education. Experience a sensory wine tasting Saturday afternoon followed by tasting from barrels and tanks. Next, you'll cook a three-course dinner paired with wine and enjoyed in the company of the Wine Educator or Winemaker in our private dining room. Sunday starts bright and early with coffee and pastries then into the kitchen to cook a two-course fall themed lunch served with wine.
Cost: $775 for two people, $425 for one person
Two-day Hands-on Class – October 29 & 30; Sat. 2 - 9 pm, Sun. 9 am to 1:30 pm

Timeless Classics
The best classic recipes celebrate our heritage and traditions and reflect the standbys we grew up with. They are always in style particularly when tweaked or given a new twist to fit today's lifestyle. Our menu aims to add some new classics to your repertoire.
Cost: $375 for two people; $225 for one person.
Space for 1 Cooking Pair has become available in the November 19, 10 am - 3 pm class

Please note: to accommodate dietary or food issues whenever possible, menus are set after registrations are received. Images for each month's theme are seasonal and typical of recipes made in class but specific dishes shown may not be included in the final menu.
Please make your booking using our online registration system. When a class is full (16 participants), the system will block additional registrations. If you wish to be placed on a wait list, have a question or are unable to complete the online booking, email info@winecountrycooking.com, complete the form below or call 905-468-8304 and we will respond within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are considered firm and payment is processed when a booking is made.
- If you are unable to attend class, you may send a substitute. No refund is given for cancellations.
