Join us on Saturdays! Choose from more than 40 dates between January and November with a different theme each month. Our focus is on seasonal menus, local ingredients and wine & food pairing. During a five-hour class, you will prepare a three-course meal and as each course is ready you'll join fellow cooks at our communal table to eat and drink a specifically matched wine. Explore food and wine in greater depth. Offered once in the spring, summer and fall, this two-day (Saturday/Sunday) weekend program combines hands-on cooking with a greater emphasis on wine education and food & wine pairing. Begin mid-afternoon Saturday with intensive wine education, tutored tastings and a visit to our cellar before preparing (and enjoying!) a delicious three-course dinner.
