Join us on Saturdays! Choose from more than 40 dates between January and November with a different theme each month. Our focus is on seasonal menus, local ingredients and wine & food pairing. During a five-hour class, you will prepare a three-course meal and as each course is ready you'll join fellow cooks at our communal table to eat and drink a specifically matched wine. Enjoy Niagara and an in-depth culinary experience. Offered in July and August, this Monday to Friday program is geared to those seeking a longer cooking experience. Each day includes a hands-on cooking class with a three-course meal using local ingredients (most courses are paired with wine).
